Born in Houston. Built for Houston.

Pro-Fresh Houston was founded in the heart of Southeast Texas in 2023. Nathan Gerk was born and raised in Houston, and he has spent his entire career building businesses that serve this city. Tiffani Saenz brought more than a decade of hands-on experience in air duct cleaning and indoor air quality. Together, we saw an opportunity to create something different: a company that combines technical expertise, NADCA-compliant standards, and eco-friendly practices with the kind of genuine customer care that has become rare in home services.

Houston is a unique city. Intense heat and humidity year-round means HVAC systems work hard and ductwork accumulates dust, mold spores, and allergens faster than in most climates. Homeowners in Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, and beyond deserve a partner who understands the local conditions and knows how to address them properly.

We started small by design. Rather than franchising or scaling too fast, we wanted to prove our model first: deliver exceptional results, treat every client's home like our own, and earn trust the old-fashioned way. Tiffani brings over a decade of hands-on experience in air duct cleaning, dryer vent service, and indoor air quality. She is the technical backbone of Pro-Fresh. She set the service standards, trains every technician, and ensures every job meets NADCA-compliant methods. Her expertise is rooted in real-world experience, thousands of duct systems cleaned, and an integrity-first approach that does not cut corners.
