1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Pro-Fresh Houston, 6989 W Little York Rd, Unit P, Houston, TX 77040. We provide air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and stone and tile care.
2. Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website. The work itself is governed by the written agreement, quote or invoice we agree with you.
3. Contacting us does not create a contract
Sending an enquiry through this site starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a binding agreement for cleaning work and does not reserve a date. Work is agreed when we confirm it with you directly.
4. Estimates and scope
A price given before a technician has seen the system is an estimate. The number of vents and returns, the length and routing of the duct run, and the condition of the system all affect the final figure. The price that binds is the written quote you approve before work begins. If the job needs more than that quote covers, we tell you before continuing.
5. Results and expectations
We describe what our services typically achieve. We do not promise a specific air-quality result, a specific health outcome, or that every stain or deposit can be removed. Older systems and damaged surfaces sometimes cannot be restored, and we tell you when that is the case rather than taking the work on regardless.
6. Information on this site
We keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular situation and should not be relied on as though it were.
7. Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or submit false enquiries.
